This event will be an opportunity to hear from services who are developing their Lived & Living Experience workforce and those working alongside them. What is working well, what challenges and opportunities are arising, and how are these initiatives contributing to a better, more sustainable and more person-centred mental health system.

We will consider the continued work of sector reform, and hear from our discussion panel of community and clinical participants playing an important role in supporting the transformation of Victoria’s mental health sector, particularly in the support and development of the lived and living experience workforce, and consumer and carer leadership. We will be joined by an amazing panel, consisting of:

• Associate Professor Simon Stafrace, Alfred Mental & Addiction Health Program Director & Director, Mental Health Victoria
